I'm not a huge fan of Steak 'n Shake, I feel there burgers are always greasy and lack seasoning. The fries in my opinion are way to small. However my daughter prefers Steak 'n Shake over all other burger joints. So I guess it could be said that Steak 'n Shake is not for everyone but some love it and some don't.

Prices too high. Takes them forever to come to the register to take your payment.

Service. Person did not input our order the first time so we had to wait.we asked what was taking so long and our order was resubmitted.
