Steak 'n Shake

I wanted some cheese fries and drove 15 minutes to the only Steak and Shake that is close by. The food was great. The lady working drive-thru was not very nice.

Don't care for if

Slow service my food was cold.

I loved it , it's the best food ever; that's fast

I had a coupon for a free double steak burger with cheese and fries and was given the wrong order so I had to return to receive the correct items ordered. However when I called the location about the problem there was no issue with getting it resolved.

The food was not ready and instead of someone informing me, I was left at the window to decipher through conversations amongst staff that the food was still being prepared.
