Cashier wasn't friendly. Wasn't thanked. Lid was halfway off my drink

there were about 5 cars in the drive thru. i had to wait about 3 minutes when i got to the speaker to place my order. then had to wait in line. after not moving for 15 minutes i finally left.

drive thru was extremely slow. only 2 cars in line and it took 15 minutes. there was no apology once I got to the window nor was there a thank you.
