Steak 'n Shake

I didn't get my credit card back at the drive thru which I thought they should give back first before your order, so I had to turn around and go back to get it which was very much out of the way since I was on the interstate before I realized I didn't have it.

I asked for extra onion on my burger plus a side of onion (I really love onions) but, as sweet as she was the cashier just couldn't seem to understand. I received no onion on my burger as well as none on the side.

Their tea tasted awful

Waited for 30 minutes on a burger so over done that it was crunchy. Store was not full. Staff was not short. Had to ask for a refill long after I was out of drink when the waiter finally showed back up.
