We went after the NCAA DIV II cross country championships. Our order got placed after a large group instead of in correct order. We waited 45 minutes to get our food. The large group that ordered after us got their food before us. It was good food, and inexpensive, but we waited too long.

Cold fries - even though we were asked to pull forward & order brought out to us. Asked for ketchup for my fries & chicken strips - received 2 packets Chicken strips were HORRIBLE!!! It wouldn't pull apart, couldn't bite through them. I threw them away. I wasn't about to call in because the lady at the drive thru window was rude already I'll just take my business elsewhere

As mentioned I went to Ss based on a previous visit experience. In my opinion I did not receive the same experience. Walking in I my family waited to be seated longer than should have. The server seated us and left without menus. A waiter approached after a short wait and corrected the mistake. He was high energy and attentive, just a tad on the snarky side. Our food was delivered, the burgers were crunchy with lace and dry, my sliders had a spot of sauce. A steak burger of any size should be juicy and without lace. I doubt we will return as this is the experience we have encountered at other sns.

Horrible service. waitress were slow and not seating people or taking orders. we left after sitting for 20 minutes waiting for our order to be taken.
