Steak 'n Shake

Ordered milkshake at counter to go and it took 20 minutes to get the shake. I could see it sitting in the window and asked two separate people to check. But no one hit it by the time it was picked up it was mostly melted and the manager just added more whipped topping over melted topping. The manager apologized but did not remake or offer discount.

Good food but service was slow.

Great prices! BLT could've had more bacon and was a little chewy.

Very slow had to ask where the other half of our food was. Offered no Togo box

Was wanting a milkshake while on the road traveling and knew Steak and Shake wouldn't let us down! Great place to stop and get back on the road quickly. Their milkshakes are the best!

Awesome just perfect

I work there.

It was a Sunday after church, and there was a wait in the front, but no one was really organizing a wait list and the customers were all confused as to who was first. Food was delicious. Meat in the burger was a little small, but good taste. Milkshake was very good and just the right consistency. Staff was a little slow, but fairly nice, but could stand to be a little nicer.

Slow drive thru service. It always takes forever. Yet, friendly staff and clean environment.
