Steak 'n Shake

They were really slow, and some of our food wasn't done correctly.

The waitress was missing a lot

Unfriendly, very slow service, dessert was terrible however they did make it over.

I went and was in a hurry and they didn't get me. My food as quickly as I would have liked.

Food was good but service very slow.

Say in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes!! There wasn't anyone Infront of me either.

The worst food I have ever had, the burger was greasy, the fries had no taste, the wait was 20 min at the drive threw .

Stood there for 12 min and was never seated or even spoke to from a staff member and eventually left!
