Steak 'n Shake

I love Steak 'n Shake, but this visit was very disappointing because of the way the drive-thru was managed. We pulled up to the microphone & ordered, then waited more than 7 minutes before we moved forward even one car length! I don't know what the car at the window was waiting on, but surely they could have been pulled forward after they paid and had their order delivered to the car so that everyone else in the line could move forward rather than making everyone wait for that one order.

I will visit again, just not this particular location. The shake was fine but the burger wasn't very good. Not at all what I expect from Steak 'n Shake.
