It was a very robotic experience. Food was....eh....service seemed scripted and cold. I used to come often! Always asked for 'Catman' or 'Miss Kitty'. They were fun!

Waitress was attentive. Burger wasn't cooked as I requested. Food service was fast for those around us, however we continued to sit and wait for our food & wait & wait.

I got a burger free using my red robin card so that was good. Saturday night was busy, service was extremely slow. Food was ok.
