Server never came back to check on us or refill drinks

We have enjoyed Red Robin for years, we were disappointed with the mac & cheese being cold & the time to remake it, we were told they were having a problem with the microwave, I was disappointed with the cleanliness.

This is the third time I have had extremely slow service at a Red Robin. We were there to celebrate a 6 year olds Birthday, and we had to keep reminding the waitress so they would come out and sing. She forgot 2 times. We also waited forever to be serves our drinks and food, and it was not even busy.

Every time I go to red robin, the service is always slow.

Worst visit I've ever experienced. I will never go back to this location.
