the food was good but the speed of the service was really slow

Kinda slow

Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated and they weren't even busy. Restaurant was about 1/3 full. Was finally seated and it took forever to get someone to wait on us. When she finally did, she stayed on top of things and was very friendly and helpful. The whole time we waited to be seated then to be served, there were multiple staff just standing around out in the open talking and cutting up with each other. Overall, food was good when we finally got it, but service was horrible.

Food was nothing special. Server couldn't seem to get it together, and the place wasn't super busy either.

Food was great, service was initially fast. After we received food, I ordered an alcoholic drink. The waitress kept saying it was coming. About 5 minutes after we finished eating, she came back and said they were out of that item. I told her just remove it from ticket and that was fine. She said she would be right back with check, but we had to wait almost 10 more minutes. Then she said another waiter had run someone else's Visa card against my check, so she had to fix it. A few minutes later, she finally had the check. While waiting, we could hear another waiter and waitress arguing behind the counter. Overall, we were not happy with the customer service during this visit. It was our first visit at this location, and I am not sure we will go back there again.
