Very nice place, just happened to be busy that day, so it was a little hectic. But the staff was doing pretty well for if being that packed

We were the second customers, they had just opened. when we got our hamburgers, they were not hot, more like lukewarm. we had three checks at our table. but they only gave us two coupons for our food not being hot. Not good. waitress was nice

New layout that is very nice, staff is kinda disorganized but it's fine. Food was amazing and the atmosphere is very nice.

Red Robin always has good food. The service today was mediocre but not horrible.

Staff IS VERY rude!! Food was poorly put together. Manager was unwilling to help. Will probably never go there again

I've never been so disappointed in the taste of my food here. It was horrid and I have the worst stomach ache today. I will never go there again nor will i recommend someone to go there. My wrap was undercooked and so were the fries. Just yucky!
