Always great tasting food.

Not very busy, but service was bad. Couldn't even find out waitress to take our order. Food was slow to come out but tasted good.

Service was a little slow and my order was wrong. I just kept what the server brought out to because I was really hungry and didn't want to wait. It was good and it was still a positive visit.

We waited for over 35 minutes for our food and it was not busy at all! Also my wife ordered a chicken sandwich and got a burger. Waitress said she entered it wrong. We did not want to wait another 30 minutes to get the chicken cooked. We were never visited by a manager on this . We liked Red Robin and wanted a good burger but we're very very disappointed

The service was horrible. I ordered a cheeseburger plain with a fried egg runny. My egg was so burnt it felt and tasted like plastic.
