The food was good but the whole building was freezing cold and our server only came to is 2 times out of the 2jrs we spent there

We were seated and 3 min later another table was seated and they got their table order taken first. Boooo

Bad service. Average food

lengthy interval between contact with waitress.

the service was good at first then it went down after we got our food. the donuts were not very good.

I went in for a to go order.. the bartender was very short and to the point.. the order took forever.. and when I got home the food was already gross.. soggy onion straws, soggy lettuce

The wait staff seemed really slow last night. Waited forever for fries I come to our table, no one refilled our drinks, our burger was incomplete when it was served. Lots of wait staff and managers walking around but they didn't bother to stop and check on us. I could see how it might happen on a busy night but there wasn't that much of a crowd.

Filthy, dirty, infested place! I found a bug in my salad, kids meal was just awful.

The food took really long and it was all cold. We also saw an employee walking around with a bag of trash from the bathroom and then she went into the kitchen. It was really disgusting.
