Gone downhill

My boyfriend and I recieved poor service in the bar one evening from a specific associate Ranzy. We come to red robin for the service and the food.it's always been great there. To our huge disappointment we decided to not leave a tip, as it wasn't deserved. So I took a copy of the receipt and double checked the bank account after it cleared. The server had added 6 undeserved dollars to our tab. Needless to say we both were furious with this and went in to red robin with our concerns about an employee stealing money from others. They gave us only the 6 dollars and said they would talk with the employee. According to an employee that's a friend... our waitress for the day claimed that she misread the amount when we had clearly written it in bold that she recieved nothing. I'm going to leave multiple reviews everywhere until the problem is resolved. Who knows how much she's stolen for her poor service! on top of that we have came back and seen her still working. We sat in the restaurant area where she wasn't serving but the host had trouble placing us, continuing to repeat where to put us... and it had been longer than 30 min before we were talked to by our server cici. Who when she approached started off with what can I get for you. No greeting. Just attitude as if we were an inconvenience. Terrible place now. Will never go again!
