Used the drive thru and had to pull around and wait. I think they forgot us. Took forever.

Waited over 15 minutes at our table we were sat at to get any service. Last time I was there same thing happened. It had been a year since I was last there and I hoped the service had gotten better. It didn't. When we finally got a server to see us, he was nice.

Steak n shake advertises $4 meals but that's only if you don't actually want a shake. With a shake it runs $8 a person

This location was a little disorganized. But the servers were polite & I still enjoyed the food

Very rude staff. Looooooong wait time to get food. Was cold when served. Couldn't get complete order.
