Steak 'n Shake

Lines take forever 30 mins waiting on my food something must be done

We sat waiting to be seated for a good 15 minutes only to be ignored. We then decided to try to order at the counter and just take it home. We sat at the counter for another 15 minutes before I flagged down the manager who was nice enough to take my order. We watched the grill lady make our hamburger to pass it off to someone else to dress them, it took a long while for him to do that. We got our shakes and they were wrong. The food was flattened and looked nothing close to the picture. In the 6 minute drive home our food was cold, soggy and smashed. We had a previous fair dine in experience although extremely slow. If it had been busy I could understand: but with 4-5 servers and 6 tables I would expect it go a little faster or at least look quality if it did take so long.

Our order was taken fairly quickly and I guess our food came out in a timely manner but two of us ordered a shake and everyone was finished eating before our shakes came and we should have received the shakes before our food

Slow to very slow service. The five way chil item was served in a bowl not the correct size. Had to ask for soft drink refills.

It was extremely slow and they brought us the wrong food.

This location was very busy, but the speed of service was terrible. They were not short handed either. Our waitress was Very friendly but it took forever to get our food and the order wasn't even right when it came to table. Disappointing overall because I have enjoyed several meals at this location in the past.
