not happy seat in line 21 min the cashier was not aware of thr menu items and was not friendly

I ordered two shakes before my food and we did not receive our shakes till after our food was fished even after I asked Several times when I would get it there was people who Came in after we did that ordered shakes as well and got there's quickly great food but poor service

The waitress was nice butthemanager and asst could only keep apologizing as they cooked. The place was only half full when we got there. When we were there, several people got up and walked out a man by himself waited. 45 minutes for a hamburger got upland left. It was terrible . No system whatever on how to get food out in order

had a used spoon with fudge on it in my cottage cheese!!-
