Slow service

Our waitress was very nice. We orders shakes and burgers and water. We sat there 30 minutes before getting anything. Water would have been nice earlier at least.

I know they make food to order but they are soooooooo slowwwww and then they act like they only have one bracing cell. They have terrible customer service
