Steak 'n Shake

I chose this place because it was one of the few locations open after 2am and the prices are good. Everything went well except for the tomatoes on my burger that I asked to be removed.

Food was great! It took over 30 min for us to get our food, very dissatisfied! Saw a manager question a server on how to use the register, how is he a manager? They are severely understaffed. I will be returning. I just hope service is better next time.

Very slow service.

Burgers were dry and lacking flavor. Ordered new flavored fries...payed an additional .29 cents...couldn't tell the difference in taste...so not worth the additional money.
