Steak 'n Shake

The customer service was horrible. They had one hostess running around on the floor while two cashiers stood behind the to go counter. Instead of working together to take care of everyone, two barked orders at one, delaying our food. And when our waitress was alerted to the fact that they didn't have what we wanted, it took her 10 minutes to have us reorder.

Usually awesome, but had horrible service tonight

The wait was long the food cold and no hospitality at all.

this has to be the worst service and the entire WORLD the service sucked the waitress had an horrible attitued she took forever to bring our food and when the food came my shake took an extra 20 minutes to come out the waitress never came back to check on us. we had to wave another staff down for napkins she didnt even give us our bill we had to go to the front and ask for it the lady at the counter was beyond rude!!!!! I will never go back to this steak n shake again

It took 34 min to get our take out order

Horrible longest wait for food ever. 15 min to get seen and I had to look for a waitress then no menus no utensils and service was horrible. Good took 1hour to get to us and then we ordered milk shakes and that was another 25 min. Horrible experience by far will never ever go back. Manager was a little frumpy man and did nothing to satisfy our visit.
