My wife and I originally intended to use a $2.99 reward within the Steak and Shake App, however, I didn't realize I was supposed to link my debit card for them to be able to scan my IPhone for the code. The young lady at the window was very patient with me and explained she could get the manager to show us what to do. He came to the window and was just as polite as she was in helping us. I did notice the line behind us and didn't want them to have any upset customers so I waited to set my debit card within the app. If I did decide to go ahead and set it up correctly, I know they would still have been very patient with me. As soon as we pulled away I parked and set it up. I realized it was much easier to do and would have been literally a snap and it's done. But it's not just the business establishment that needs to show courteousness. It is also the customers job. If I chose to set an App up while others waited. Customers would have been upset with the very nice employees in the drive through. So even though I didn't get to use the discount this time around. I will be more than happy to use it the next time around! I was a very super happy customer!!!

I like the food at Steak and Shake but the service is typically pretty slow and tough to get a refill on a drink.
