Steak 'n Shake

The staff wasn't the best. The teenager at the window was very uninterested it seemed. The food took forever to get, and my fries were not that great.

This Steak and Shake is the slowest service ever. Takes about 10 minutes to get drinks. Another 30-45 to get food then missing items. Errors on check.. Etc.... Managed to get one refill on our drinks after being there an hour and a half. To be fair it seemed very under staffed and I believe our waitress was doing the best she could.

The server was very friendly but the hostess was more concerned with socializing with her friends than seating us. Our fries and one burger were cold but they did replace all very quickly

Slow slow service. 13 minutes to get a milkshake for 3 people is ridiculous but dang they are good!

Love kids eat free weekend. Good family restaurant. Great choices for everyone!

We went through the drive thru and after it took about twenty minutes of waiting, we received cold food and the cashier was extremely unfriendly.

my food was not prepared like i asked. also it all came at once

waiter was really bad. never filled empty drinks.
