Poor service never got a refill

Waiting 40 minutes. No one even took our drink order so we left. Pitiful.

Extremely slow. Fries were cold. Dirty table when we sat down. Filthy restrooms. Not a great visit. We will not go back anytime soon.

Sat in line over 30 minutes, sat at the window for an additional 10 minutes, when accepting order, milkshakes were MELTED! They had the consistency of WATER... ??

I went for a specific item and waited in line for about 10-15 minutes, only to find out they didn't have the item I wanted. I am often disappointed with Steak n' Shake

was told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. it was over hapf empty. no reason was given. drove to another steak n shake

The service was horrible...had to go find the waiter to get sauce and drink refills. Never mind the fact it took them over 5 minutes to sit us and there was tons of empty tables but they needed to be cleaned
