Steak 'n Shake

Been eating at Steak And Shake for years and always pleased

Only purchased coffee, which was decent at best. The restaurant was clean and the drink arrived quickly, however. 5/10

This is my second bad experience in a week. The food was horrible and the wait time was long

Food was good. Staff was not very friendly and checked back only to pick up dirty dishes.

Waited in the drive thru forever. The staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed.

Everyone was friendly enough. I ordered a milk shake that I sent back because it was only partially mixed-still had large clumps of ice cream. My friend had to ask for decent pickles and onions. She got two little pieces of pickle which were the side skins when they were sliced and should have been pitched in the trash and two small pieces of onion.
