Bathrooms didn't work. Waited forever to be seated. Took forever to order. Waited over 30 minutes for two orders. Not going back.

I always love Steak 'n Shake but very disappointed this visit. Our cheese was not melted & bread was toasted too hard with no flavor.

Horrible service. Staff was rude and not helpful. Spent more than 30 minutes waiting on food. Order came out wrong and had to wait longer. Saw cooks making food for themselves while we sat there hungry.

Everyone was very rude. When I asked for ketchup I was told no we don't have any but in a very rude tone.

Rude manager! I brought a coupon which was on my phone. Apparently they will not accept them unless I print it out. Which is fine if that's their policy. The manager was very rude and sarcastic with me. Saying that is the same rule for every restaurant and I just didn't know that.. I have never NEVER had to drive home and print out a coupon in my life. And I use this method DAILY at LOTS of places. Even some which have there one apps made specifically for this so you can show the employee. Something needs to be changed here because you have certainly lost my business.
