They would not let us redeem two casino cash coupons together and it was more smoky than normal

waitresses slow to get drinks

Food was not as good as it normally is.

I usually win but didn't this time but I always enjoy visiting once a month. The buffet is not as good as Indiana grand casino.

The cafe has horrible service. The cashiers do not smile. They do not offer anything to fill up our $20 coupon when we have only spent $15. They do not offer us drinks. They didn't offer assistance in any form. Whenever you asked for a price they would just point at the wall. They all have an attitude. I feel as though None of them wish to be there or help customers. They roll there eyes, and don't even look at you. We stood there for 5 minutes while they were standing there and they didn't even pay any attention to us. I hate coming there to eat because i have such a horrible time trying to order my food. They are bringing your establishment down and I feel like you don't care because this has been every time that we eat there and we go atleast twice a week. They need to be fired!

I did not realize prime timers meant 55 and older. I was quite embarrassed when at 930am I saw donuts and orange juice and then was told I had to be 55 and older. There weren't that many people in the casino and there were three platters of donuts. Needless to say I was quite embarrassed and left.
