The woman working the drive-thru did an exceptionally phenomenal job; she was polite and respectful yet quick and no-nonsense about getting me through the line. Answering a coupon question of mine made it evident that she is knowledgeable about her job and she knows the ins and outs of the rules of coupons. The only thing I would change (completely unrelated to this worker's performance) is that I believe number of condiments should be quadruple checked by the employee responsible for obtaining the extras--I always ask for a few honey mustards (it is literally the best condiment creation known to man in my humble opinion), and frequently I leave with only one or two when I asked and was charged for three. We love coming to this establishment. My daughter, a sweet but sassy (aren't they all?) toddler, loves the atmosphere and the fruit option for the kid's meal. My aunt and I are hopelessly devoted to caramel apple milkshakes. The service is usually extraordinary. This is most definitely a restaurant I would recommend to *any* person looking for a casual dining restaurant with wonderful food, great potential for deals and coupons, a fun and friendly atmosphere, and of course a Half-Price Happy Hour. Thank you for providing a family friendly restaurant with the most wonderful milkshakes bar none.
