Steak 'n Shake

The waiter was unattentive. Had to ask for refills three times before we got it. Never did bring napkins forgot to bring my chili.

I planned to place an order in the drive thru but the line was extremely long and was moving very slowly.

Worst service I have had in a long time. I ordered chili and it was lukewarm. Others in my party had their sandwich come out with the wrong condiments twice! We asked two times for extra pickles and received nothing in return. We were all in need of refills for out beverages and again, nothing! Out waitress dropped off our food and check and never came back to check on us. I dine at Steak & Shake often, with this service it will be a while before I return.
