Steak 'n Shake

Drive thru took a half an hour and staff did not apologize for the wait.

Took almost an hour to get food and horrible quality.

We was seated and ordered and dined in. We ordered 5 shakes and got 4 after we was done eating. And u could tell that they had been sitting a while. They weren't thick any more. Melted. Never got our 5th shake. The fries was cold.

waited a half hour in the drive thru and there were only 2 people ahead of us and no one inside.

Been ordering the same items for the same price for over a year. This time it was $.64 higher. Argued with mgr. she then changed price to $.22 higher. They can't work computer properly.

It was extremely cold in the restaurant. Everyone had to wear jackets on a 95 degree day. Our waitress went on break in the middle of our meal. No one else was left with our table. I finally had to walk to the hostess stand to request dessert for our table. We were visiting for my mother's 66th birthday. Two waitresses said they would take care of it. After 15 minutes if had to get another waitress to get it for us.

Terrible. One server at 1 am and there was sooo many people! Also, took 30 minutes to bring our stuff. We left without getting our food or drinks and so did many people because that was sooo ridiculous !!! Worst experience at Steak 'n Shake by far

This is my second time going to this location and it was even worse than the first. The drive thru was backed up 7 cars so I went inside to order a small milkshake and fries. It took over 30 minutes. The staff was not unfriendly but definitely did not seem to be in a hurry to finish orders. The cook was yelling at the other staff. My fries were half cooked. Sadly, I was not the only one waiting this long for my order. I don't understand what the hold up was because there were only 3 small tables dining in. It was awful.
