My first time here and it was really good! I shared a shake and wish I got my own.

The food is always great but they were out of Swiss cheese so my meal tasted different

Better option than mcdonalds

The service was horrible but the food was good

first we waited at least 5 mins for any of the staff standing around to acknowledge us AT ALL. We were finally seated without a word, menus plopped down at one end of the table. Once seated we waited nearly 10 mins for anyone to offer us anything. we finally ordered, after another 15 mins got our order, 2 of the 5 were wrong and it took another 10 mins to receive our shakes, which we had to remind the waitress we ordered. the service was HORRIBLE at this steak n shake.

Did no like the food and their was hair in my food they need to wear hair nets that was disgusting
