Steak 'n Shake

First we want through drive through and placed our order. When we got to the window they make us wait a few minutes then tell us they are out of the spicy chicken which is what I ordered. So I said ok just give me one of the 3.99 meals that is a steak burger with cheese ketchup mustard and pickle so they said ok and gave me my new total which was only 75cents cheaper when it should have been $3 cheaper so I asked for receipt before paying and they charged me for some other meal..so I said you got it wrong and repeated what I ordered. They said well what do you want then. Very rude like. So I said forget it I'll come in. So my husband went in and took care of it.. Very disappointed in this store
