My brother was visiting from Massachusetts. Since they do not have steak in the shake in Massachusetts I want to take in there. The food was OK as usual and the service was pretty good this time

Is a good place but they have problems for sit the people and don't have a cashier i wait 30 minutes for some body for pay

The seater, Kevin, turned away the family in front of us telling them he wouldn't be able to seat them because they were a party of 8. The line was out the door and instead of cleaning the empty tables, he was joking around and fist bumping his friend. Before we even got our drinks, which took a while, because our supposed server, Kevin's friend (no name tag), never came to get our order. Another server realized we hadn't been waited on and she took over... anyway, within a few minutes of us being seated, he seated a party of 7, yet turned away a party of 8 just before that. It was so odd. Anyway, the server we did get was very nice and our food was good.

Visiting from out of state I had hoped to experience the same quality of food as I get from my local Steak n Shake. My fries weren't hot which leads me to believe my order sat for a while before I received it.

the food was good. I think it should not be that many teenagers working together on the same schedule.
