I ventured from my normal double cheese w fries and wish I hadn't. I ordered one of the skillet dishes and although the taste was good, the portion was much less than pictured.

35 minutes in the drive thru is not acceptable.

It was terrible!!! The service was awful and so were the people. It took over an hour to get food or our drinks. The order was completely wrong and they were rude. The employees were yelling at one another as well as management. It was the worst service I have ever received.

It was the worst service ever. The server was terrible. The food tasted awful. The shakes were melted by the time they got to the table. It was the words worse experience ever.

It was over 30 minutes from the time I got in line, as about the 6th or 7th car in line, til I had my food and pulled away. When I inquired at the window why it took so long, the worker said they were short staffed and then he no longer spoke to me while handing me the drinks and food and slammed the window shut immediately. I was almost late for work. This is the ONLY time it has ever taken this long and I do like the food.
