Steak 'n Shake

Great food

Good experience. Clean restaurant. Friendly server. Great value

First burgers were stone cold but the took them Back and replaced with hot ones also took off the bill. Great customer service

I had the chili 3-way. It used to be one of the items on the menu I enjoyed. The old steak and shake used to serve this in a long elongated dish spaghetti and chili and cheese served very beautifully. Now they plonk it in front of your face served in a round soup plate and just like a pig was gonna eat instead of a person.

They need better waitress !

This Steak and Shake was unorganized and slow

The food was fine, but the waitress repeatedly forgot to give me my check

Waited a very long time for my food then it was finally delivered by someone other than my waitress. My waitress still served other tables within my view but never returned to my table. My food that I had waited on so long was cold and I eventually went to the counter and asked for a shake for my daughter since they never returned to my table for me to order it there. Then waited quite sometime at the counter. The girl on the drive through headphones/mic was a grouch to the people ordering and eventually handed it to someone else and said "take this, I can't handle it!" While she was helping me.

We were seated, we waited 15+ minutes, asked twice for a waitress and were ignored, so we left!
