Child's portion of mac 'n cheese was half its usual size. Very slow service, especially getting our shakes

We went into steak and shake but waited a while to get seated. Then my husband noticed about five tables that were still waiting to get service. So we left

had to wait to be seated for a very long time. took a long time to get food and when I did bun was burnt so bad could not eat it

Took us 2 hours in the restraunt. Did not get out of there until 3 am. Would not recommend it. They gave us our food but still not worth it. Try another steak and shake. This one was awful. The employees even started fighting. It was a crowded place and no one was getting any food.
