Steak 'n Shake

Burnt my bun in my hotdog and a friends as well. Milkshake was also very very runny!

Awful. Staff is so unfriendly, with the exception of our waitress. When we were seated, the lady just set our menus down & walked away. Then I waited about 7 minutes to pay my bill, & the manager didn't even ask how anything was, or tell me to have a nice day or anything. They are truly lacking manners & social skills.

Food was horrible took 10 minutes to make a milkshake that was horrible

I never ate at Steak n shake and decided to try a milkshake order at drive thru waiting for one car to get order and it just was not happening 10 min at least pulled away without order
