Slow service

It took a long time to be seated and to get our food, disappointed with the entire experience

I got a frisco melt and it was burnt so it tasted awful. I wasn't able to eat it and at that point I couldn't go back up there and try to trade it out because I had a sleeping baby. I typically love steak and shake, but I didn't this time.

The service was horrible. They were rude and took their time getting my order ready.

First time visit... Ordered small strawberry shake... Waited on line for over 15 minutes!!!! No apology!!! Nit quite sure when and if I will return.

Slow service and took a very long time to get menu and then waitress didn't get our order until we asked another waiter to help us place our order

Slow, dirty and average quality.

The food was cold. So that means it sat to long

steak and Shake on San Jose Boulevard with the worst one I've ever been to

The cashier was very rude and our instructions were not followed
