Steak 'n Shake

Great food but staff is consistently rude and slow when dining in.

order was wrong. repeated order 3 times. still wrong

My food order was wrong - disappointed Yesterday was do something nice day so I gave my sandwich away

The drive thru... I waited in the line for over 20 minutes. the girl taking my order was VERY rude and my food was cold by the time I got it

The drive thru is the slowest of all fast food restaurants one ever visited! No matter what location I visit my wait time is no less 20 minutes. Unacceptable! Many times, if I can get out of the drive thru line, I end up going inside and placing a to-go order instead. I can go in and get my food in 5 minutes or wait in line forever. Again very unacceptable service for a drive thru.

Dining room closed after midnight suuuuucks. Also they forgot us and came back to the window 5 min later to see why we were still waiting, and got one order totally wrong

The service was horrible it took forever for my food to be ready and I went through the drive thru. Won't be going back to this steak and shake

I was charged for the wrong order. The manager told me I paid less than my actual order, and not to worry about the difference, as though he was doing me a favor. I kept asking for my receipt. Got the wrong receipt three times, and finally got mine only to find that I actually overpaid and was due a refund. Charging incorrectly is one thing, but the difficulty they had figuring it out and giving me my receipt was quite absurd.

This was my 2nd visit to this location and my order was incorrect AGAIN. I last visit was lunch time and this time it was breakfast. I'm so disappointed just because I love this restaurant but this location has me upset because they keep messing my order up after having to wait so long to get it.

Awful service. It took 25 minutes at the drive thru , only 2 cars in front of me. Then when I get my food it's so greasy I could hardly hold it . Never again will I eat this food
