Red Robin

I do enjoy red robin but the last two visits have been so so. The food is warm and not hot. And I just feel like they are not giving 100%

Good food and atmosphere

The waitress made a mistake and the manager had to fix it but it took them 15 minutes to get it fixed.

We really enjoy the bar seating being 21 and older, love that we can pop in and out. Service was good but not great and the food was good.

Not the best service I had

The food was just okay, worst of all we only saw our waiter once. It was the worst experience we have had at a restaurant

I'm the past we have really Enjoyed the bar area love that it's 21 and over we like to Get in and out. Service was painfully Slow and food was cold

Was so, so unhappy with the waitress at Red Robin yesterday and even took a survey there at the restaurant and left my name and number. Do you know how they handled that? They emailed me with another survey! The problem I had with the unfriendly waitress: 1-did not bring us our bottomless fries until the food came. They've always served them as soon as they've taken the order. 2-she got my order wrong and had to have it remade, but when she brought it back to the table she made me feel like it was me who was out of line for changing my mind and not her for getting things wrong to begin with. 3-We were never asked if we wanted refills on our bottomless fries, we did however have to ask her once after we had finished everything else, because we could never find her close enough to us. 4-I was never asked if I would like a refill on my soda, which I would have loved to have, but she just seem to get pissy about things so I figured it was best not to.

The service was horrible. The waitress sucked. Food was gross never has worse food and service. Will never go back!!
