Our order came out in pieces over 10 minutes. The waitress said they were too busy. She forgot half our order

This was the absolute worst experience we've ever had at Steak 'n Shake. We waited over a half an hour for our food and it never came, so we left money for our drinks and left. The waitress only stopped at our table once. The staff was all arguing with each other and other customers never received their food either. Very very disappointing. We will not be returning to this location.
