Good food like the new Cajun flavor

Very slow. Not the best Steak 'n Shake. That's for sure

Got my food before my drinks. Never got a refill

We went for dinner, the service took forever...it took forever to get out food and took forever after we finished eating to get a order for shakes, they were melted and messy and in to go cups and we were eating them there. Our waitress was very nice but it seemed she was the only one waiting tables.

service is always extremely slow. there was only 3 tables in the restaurant and we waited over 20 minutes for our food

The service was fast and friendly and I was very pleased with my food.

It was good

Food was good, as always. But we waited a long time for our food, and the waiter didn't check with us as often as normal. A couple items were messed up on the order, and we had to wait longer for it to be fixed.
