steak and shake is one of my favorite restaurants. my child and my husband love dining in our local steak and shake. I love using my coupons and the customer service is amazing!

Love their milkshakes. Great speed of service but my burger came with a lot of condiments I didn't want and weren't aware were going to be on it because it wasn't said in the menu.

Good food but stores look unclean and very unsanitary. Should maybe reconsider being open 24 hours to improve cleanliness.

The service was awful but I was pleased with the taste of the food overall, as usual.

Our waiter was working very hard. Only one on staff waiting tables. Manager needs to get off the phone and help.

Poor costumer service from waiter but great food.

Harassment was at an all time high
