Service was terrible. Took her forever to take our order. We got no refills on our drinks and never came back after brining us our food. Food was very greasy and tasted like the grill was dirty.

I usually have a good experience at my local Steak 'n Shake. This time our waitress was not friendly, she didn't even smile once! The food was sloppily put on the plates also.

It was loud, we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated even though it was only about half full. The servers we slow and arguing with each other.

I usually am very satisfied with my service at Steak n Shake, last night when I used the drive through I was disappointed. I live just about ten minutes away, we I got home the food was very cold. The cheese wasn't even melted.

Manager was awful. Food was awful.
