Steak 'n Shake

Kind of a negative experience this time..

Service time was horrible. Was third in line at the drive thru and waited 5+ mins to just get to get to the window then another 1-2 min before anyone turned around to acknowledge me.

Took a while

Great food, but slow service and I was missing half of my food I paid for.

Worst experience ever, the lady was rude they couldn't get my order right and it took forever! The food was good, I'll give them that, but everything else sucked,

The fries were in-edible and they kept forgetting things, sighed when I said oh it's hard to choose a shake was very rude. The bill was high I have them 4 meal coupons and only took $1 off. Forgot part of my too go order.

horrible chucks of Brownie in my milkshake not blended, no silver ware, forgot sauces, bathroom needed mantaince

Waited in line for over 25 mins!!! ????????
