Steak 'n Shake

Not our best experience here.

Tonight the service was definitely lagging. The drive thru was slow. Cars were backed up waiting for their orders. I received not one napkin or condiment with my order. I expected to receive a napkin, that a nonnegotiable in fast food. I had to get out of my car to go inside to finish getting my order since the drive thru worker didn't understand I also wanted mayo and mustard. I like steak and shake but was not thrilled about the service. I may give it one more time.

Speed of service sucks!

this place was highly recommended. the soda was flat and the waitress did get us another drink but after almost 15 minutes of waiting again. the food took almost an hour and then the orders were confused with another table. just awful. I don't think I will ever easy from this place again. although the only upside was the burgers were good and fresh considering how long we waited

El mesero no fue agradable con nosotros y no se acercó a preguntar sí necesitábamos algo mas, teníamos k levantarnos de la mesa e ir hasta donde estaba el para pedir las cosas.

Server very rude!! Burger was fried to a crisp... Crunchy burger!! Horrible!!!

I got food poisoning
