Steak 'n Shake

Out of several items. Slow service.

The store needs to invest in having a host and a cashier at all times like normal restaurants... it seems to always be a tossup between who should get the door or check people out this is very frustrating and ruins the whole experience. Hire more people!

They messed up my order and was rude.

Poor service, presentation of food was terrible. Wait was very long.

Orinda's service. We waited an hour for food and it was prepared it incorrectly. Nothing done to make it right.
