Live yo fine there. The problem I had was the teenagers playing around too much. They were more interested in conversating between each other than prompt Svc. They need to work on that

Usually I love Steak 'n Shake but this experience wasn't as good. Service was not good

Ordered a #14-cheese only, which is a Dbl cheeseburger w/ CHEESE fries. Got to the window and they asked me what I wanted on the burger - I told them cheese only. I finally got my order, returned to work and had no cheese for my CHEESE fries!

I was in the drive through line for over 30 minutes. Such a waste of gas. I should have gone in and ordered. Or better yet, they give you a number After you order and pay tell you to go park and bring food out Not planning on ordering in drive through any time soon
