Steak 'n Shake

If this is for the Steak 'n Shake in Snellville on scenic highway, then I've had no problems there. If this is for the Steak 'n Shake I went to yesterday on Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, the food was great, the server was nice, and we had no issues with our order. However, when it came time to pay my bill, I literally had the opportunity to walk out the door without paying for my meal. I was standing at the counter waiting to pay my bill for a little while, and I noticed some of the employees glanced over and saw that I was waiting and no one notified anyone that I was waiting to pay. So I just stood there to see how long it would take. After a few more minutes, a gentleman who appeared to be a manager finally rang me up and did not even acknowledge the fact that I was waiting with a not so happy look on my face nor did he apologize for the wait, he just took my bill, swiped my card, and asked me to sign. A little common courtesy would have been nice..

I paid for my sister and I and the food was great as usual

Long wait

The server was very friendly. The food was ok. I found a raw spot at the end of my meal. The manager was more worried about stacking menus & fixing chairs that were almost pushed in rather than running the cash register the check out the long line of people so we waited for 10 minutes to pay

Great service from our waiter, but kitchen was terribly backed up. Very slow.
