The amount of time it took for us to get our food was ridiculous

Horribly slow. 30+ minutes to get food.

15 min for drinks another 40 min for the food it then sat in the window for another 15 min before it got to our table. Tasted bad and cold. Talked to the manager and he said there are fast servers and slow ones and everyone works as a "team" yeah right. They were not busy at all. Even after the bad service ordered milk shake to go..... 20 min later got melted milk shake. Worst service and food ever. I should have went to long horn and gotten better food a lot faster.

people were very rude & waited over 15 minutes on one shake. terrible service.
